Meetings
The first committee meeting should be held within 45 days following the Annual
Meeting. Subsequent committee
meetings shall be as required.
2.3 Technical
Program
The committee should review the previous technical program to assure that new
topics and new speakers are incorporated into the program.
The committee should review the structure of previous programs and
evaluate whether revisions are desirable or needed.
Any desired changes in the structure of the program must be
coordinated and approved by the Chair Elect.
(Changes impact the contractual arrangements with the hotel.)
A tentative structure for the technical program must be coordinated
with the Chair Elect and presented to the Board as early as possible (July
Board meeting) for discussion and endorsement.
2.4 Committee
Members
The committee members should be given explicit and specific assignments to
arrange for speakers/topics as outlined in the tentative program structure.
Frequent updates of the program as it is developed must be sent to all
committee members and the Chair Elect.

The committee chair will direct and coordinate the activities of the committee members.
